I first tried the HTC2000, which was an entire waste of money. The HTC2000 is so poorly engineered that it sags in the midst of the bar spans. Yes, and HTC says it can be rated for 400+ lbs. Yeah, right.
Moving on to this HSG-2064, I cannot say how good it works with the Powermatic 64. BTW: the swivel wheel DOES have a lock It's a standard foot lock, and it locks the wheel smartly. There are also locks on the two aspect wheels. I have had no issues with my laptop moving, even when ripping four x eight sheets of ply. The construction is a one-piece welded design. This is the only suited design for a heavy desk saw. Period.
